Kia Roadside Assistance

Every new Kia passenger vehicle that you purchase with West City Kia also comes with free Kia Roadside Assist for the first five years of the vehicle’s lifetime. This isn’t dependant on how many kilometres are on the clock during those five years, either.

How it works

In the event of a breakdown, Kia staff will be with you as quickly as possible. There’s also a free lockout service, change of flat tyres, flat battery service, tow to safety and a fuel top-up available for you to use, should you need them.

Kia Incident Care

Free for the first five years, every new car that your purchase with West City Auto Group comes with Kia Incident Care. In the unfortunate event of an accident, Kia will help co-ordinate things like towing and complimentary pick-up and delivery of the vehicle to the repair facility. Kia Incident Care is only valid if the car is within the respective Warranty period and covered by a valid insurance policy.
