Mahindra Roadside Assistance

All new Mahindra passenger vehicles purchased from West City Mahindra come with five years of complimentary Mahindra Roadside Assistance, with no kilometre restrictions.

How it works

In the event of a breakdown, assistance will be dispatched as quickly as possible to help get you back on the road. Services may include lockout assistance, flat tyre changes, battery jump-starts, towing to a safe location, and emergency fuel delivery.

Mahindra Incident Care

Free for the first five years, every new car that your purchase with West City Auto Group comes with Mahindra Incident Care. In the unfortunate event of an accident, Mahindra will help co-ordinate things like towing and complimentary pick-up and delivery of the vehicle to the repair facility. Mahindra Incident Care is only valid if the car is within the respective Warranty period and covered by a valid insurance policy.
