Suzuki Warranty

Purchase your new Suzuki from West City Suzuki with the peace of mind that comes courtesy of the Real Value Warranty Package. The Real Value Warranty package is a comprehensive three year or 100,000 kilometre (whichever comes first) warranty. This covers your vehicle should any defects be found through the most important part of its lifecycle. To maintain warranty, your Suzuki needs to be serviced at an authorised Suzuki service centre. Powertrain Warranty Extension

To further protect your investment past the Real Value Warranty package, Suzuki offers a two year Powertrain Warranty Extension. The powertrain warranty continues to cover internal mechanical items for a further two years. The powertrain warranty extension refers to the components that compromise the engine, transmission, transfer box and differentials of your vehicle.

Maintenance

To aid in successful warranty claims, Suzuki recommends following routine maintenance procedures. This means getting your new Suzuki serviced regularly. In certain environmental conditions, such as running in sand or salt water, the vehicle should always be washed top and bottom thoroughly with fresh water. Frequent washing helps to maintain the appearance and the value of your West City Suzuki investment.
